Already selling on Etsy? You don't need to type your listings out again. Download one file from Etsy, upload it here, and your listings arrive as drafts for you to check and publish. You can keep selling on Etsy at the same time.
What comes across
Titles, descriptions, prices, quantities, tags, materials, SKUs, variations, and up to 10 photos for each listing. The photos are copied into your shop here, so they don't depend on Etsy.
What doesn't
- Listings that aren't for sale on Etsy right now: Etsy's file leaves out drafts, sold-out and expired listings.
- Videos, and the files for digital downloads.
- Categories, delivery details and preparation times.
- A different price or quantity for each variation: Etsy's file has one price and one quantity for the whole listing.
- Your Etsy reviews. Reviews here only come from people who bought here, which keeps them genuine.
Step 1: Download your listings file from Etsy
- Sign in to Etsy and open Shop Manager.
- In the menu on the left, click Settings, then Options.
- At the top of that page, click the Download Data tab.
- Under Currently for Sale Listings, click Download CSV. Etsy saves a file ending in .csv to your Downloads folder.
Step 2: Upload it here
Go to Shop Manager › Listings and press Import from Etsy, next to + New listing. (If you're still setting up your shop, there's also a link on the first-listing step.) Click Choose file and pick the file from your Downloads folder. A table shows what each listing will become.
- Check the Type column. Etsy's file doesn't say which listings are digital downloads, so we guess from words like “PDF”. Change any we got wrong.
- Untick any listings you don't want.
- A listing with the same title and price as one already in your shop is skipped, so uploading the same file twice won't make copies.
- If your Etsy prices are in a different currency from your shop, the draft asks you to enter the price in your shop's currency.
- You can import up to 1,000 listings at a time.
Press Create drafts. When it's done, you'll see your new drafts with notes on anything to fix, such as a photo that couldn't be copied. The notes only show on that page, so open your drafts from there.
Step 3: Finish each draft, then publish it
Nothing goes live until you say so. Your Listings page shows what each draft still needs. Open each draft and:
- for a digital download, upload its file;
- pick a Category;
- for a physical item, choose a Delivery profile (if you haven't made one yet, see setting up postage);
- for a physical item, enter the Preparation time;
- check the price, stock and any variations;
- press Publish listing.
