Ask the shop before you buy: on any listing or shop page, choose Have a question? Contact and the shop's name. Their reply arrives in your messages.

Open the order and choose Message seller. Bought without an account? Use the link in your order email, or give us the order number and your email address and we'll email you the link again.

Something's wrong with an order

On the order page, choose Request a refund and tell the shop what happened. If you can't agree, you can ask us to look at it.
