A: No. This is an instant digital download. The box, workbook and device shown in the listing images are illustrative mockups; no physical package is included.
Q: What do I receive?
A: You’ll download one ZIP file containing the standalone HTML planner, the fillable A4 PDF workbook, the START_HERE guide and your usage licence.
Q: Do I need an account or internet connection to use the planner?
A: No account, server, subscription or ongoing internet connection is required. After downloading the ZIP, simply open the HTML file locally in a modern browser.
Q: How does my work save?
A: The HTML planner uses your browser’s local storage when available. Use Backup to download a JSON copy of your work and Load backup to restore it. Clearing browser data may remove locally stored progress.
Q: Do the HTML app and PDF sync with each other?
A: No. They are independent formats. Choose one as your main working copy, or manually update the other when printing or reviewing.
Q: Can I type into the PDF?
A: Yes. The PDF includes fillable AcroForm fields. Use a PDF viewer that supports form entry, then save your completed copy. You can also print the A4 workbook if you prefer handwriting.
Q: How do I download my files from Etsy?
A: Open Etsy in a mobile browser or on a computer, go to Purchases, download the ZIP, then extract it. Etsy’s mobile app does not currently support digital file downloads.
Q: Can I share or resell the files?
A: The included licence allows you to use the planner for your own events or work. It does not permit sharing, distributing or reselling the planner files or templates.
Q: Can I use this for a corporate event?
A: Yes. The system supports conferences, launches, galas, fundraisers and other managed events. It is an organisational toolkit, not a ticketing or registration platform.
